Academic | Independent Project | HF780 Field Methods
Client: Bentley University
Problem: Graduate program enrollment is low. Prospective graduate students are showing interest in Bentley University, but are not applying. Why?
Goal of Study: Uncover prospective graduate students' expectations when researching and applying for schools. Specifically: Once people have approached a school for information on a particular program, how do they expect the experience to develop?
Project Limitations: I was unable to conduct my research with representative users (who I have clearly defined in the study protocol), as this was an academic project with no financial resources. As such, the data itself is non-representative and should be disregarded. I have included this project in my portfolio, as it is a good display of my approach to exploratory research.
